About editing your organisation's details
This guide is designed to support registered contributors. If you are interested in becoming a contributor, please read About Contributing
Contributors have a page for information about their organisation. This is so users of CommunityNet Aotearoa can find out more information about who has posted a resource.
Add or edit information about your organisation
In the CMS click on your organisation to add or edit information about your organisation. Once you have clicked on your organisation's name, it will highlight light blue and fields will appear in the right part of the window.
Add your organisation's details and tick the boxes which best describe your organisation.
If you wish to make your contact details public, tick "Show Organisation Contact Details on CommunityNet?" This will allow users of CommunityNet Aotearoa to find these details and contact your organisation.
You can leave fields blank, for example you may not have a fax number.
In the 'Organisation Description' you can add text, pictures, videos, embed content, and create links. This is where you can add as many details about your organisation as you would like. Learn about the content editor here.
You can edit and update this information at any time.
