Good communication is essential to keep people informed and engaged with your organisation and raising awareness of the difference you want to make. Building a profile requires your organisation to be proactive about communicating your purpose; using a variety of methods making sure they are relevant to the people you want to communicate with.
About this resource: The NGO Council commissioned a research project to identify and collate a range of available online webinars to support NGOs in their capacity building. The webinars are grouped into ten domains of operation - administration, communication, direction, evaluation, finances, governance, health-related, leadership, people, and relationships.
