Getting off to a good start with new employees can improve staff retention and reduce staff turnover costs for your organisation. A well-planned, thoughtful approach to job orientation or onboarding of new employees can make a big difference. 

The downloadable guide (including samples emails, checklists and schedules) have been developed by a external non-profit contributor, Leading Edge.
