Information hub - changes to the Act

Created: June 21, 2022 at 12:57 PM | Updated: December 7, 2022 | By NZ Navigator Trust

The Incorporated Societies Act 2022 was passed in April 2022. There is now a transition period to develop regulations and for societies to get prepared for reregistration.

The Companies Office have put together a hub that provides information on the key changes, the timeline to reregistration, and what you can do to prepare.

You can also sign up for email updates about the transition and new resources to assist you to reregister or follow them on Facebook.
