Workplace wellbeing during COVID-19

This new Getting Through Together resource from the Mental Health Foundation and All Right includes a guide for workplace leaders on wellbeing at work during COVID-19. 

The guide is full of great information to help workplace leaders promote a supportive environment for their staff throughout this trying time. 

 

Getting through together workplace wellbeing resource

 

Getting through together provides guidance and tips around how to assess the impact of COVID-19 on our mental health; with an aim of reducing risk factors and increasing  protective factors.

The workplace wellbeing resource takes you through how you can:

  • talk about work and COVID-19 with staff
  • effectively communicate
  • reduce and minimise stress and
  • how to care for yourself and your employees who may or may not be distressed.
