Creating a organisation continuity plan
Your organisation continuity plan should contain all of the information you need to get your organisation running again after an incident or crisis.
A business continuity plan can easily be adapted for non-profit organisation risk management planning.
Your organisation's continuity plan may consist of:
- a risk management plan with impact analysis
- an incident response plan
- a recovery plan and
- a test, evaluate and update schedule.
