ImproveIT has been developed by Infoxchange (technology for social justice) to help community organisations make the most of information and communication technology:
- make the most of staff and volunteer time
- measure and improve client and community outcomes
- minimise service risk.
ImproveIT have developed a digital business kit specifically for New Zealand not-for-profit organisations. It includes quizzes, guides and templates and is supported by the Australian Council of Social Services (ACOSS), Microsoft NZ, Connecting Up, TechSoup NZ, the Australian Department of Communications, the Victorian Department of Human Services and the New Zealand Ministry of Social Development.
