The Community Comms Collective provides a communications boost by offering free communications expertise and support to community organisations.
'Communications love' can mean either one-off support or ongoing support.
They do this through matchmaking (finding the right volunteer for your organisation), website usability services, running workshops and providing useful resources.
The Community Comms Collective publish a regularly updated Media Contact List. This list provides generic newsroom contacts for national and regional media outlets, including newspapers, websites, TV and radio.
Established in Wellington in 2013, today the Community Comms Collective is a nationwide service of more than 500 volunteers. Their services are free but donations are welcome as they are 100 percent volunteer run.
