SafePlus is a voluntary, health and safety performance improvement toolkit for organisations and businesses. It defines what good health and safety looks like and was developed jointly by WorkSafe New Zealand, ACC and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE).
The SafePlus toolkit supports organisations to build collective ownership of performance through in-depth conversations and in developing a culture that includes everyone's health and safety practices and ideas. You can read the SafePlus factsheet here.
The toolkit has three options, including free self-assessment resources that you can use to self-check current practices and performance with your team.
