Digital Transformation Hub

Created: June 19, 2014 at 8:45 AM | Updated: June 1, 2025 | By NZ Navigator

Technology can help non-profits reach their aims and serve their clients more effectively - understanding IT better can also make our jobs easier.

The Digital Transformation Hub has been developed by Infoxchange (technology for social justice) to help community organisations:

  • make the most of information and communication technology
  • make the most of staff and volunteer time
  • measure and improve client and community outcomes and
  • minimise service risk.

The Hub replaces ImproveIT and most of its resources are relevant to digital activities in New Zealand non-profit organisations. Resources and guides are grouped into different skill levels.

As an example, you'll find guides and resources on AI (Artificial Intelligence) here and cyber security here.
