The Institute of Community Directors Australia (ICDA) is an Australian best practice network for members of non-profit boards, committees and councils, and the senior staff who support them. The website provides advice, tools, resources and training for not-for-profits.

You can find a range of free templates in the Policy Bank, focussed on policies and procedures relevant to non-profit boards and committees and the organisations they govern.
