This resource focuses on a suggested decision-making process to be used when seeking grant funding for development projects. Included is a flowchart you can adapt (or use as is) to assist you reaching a decision.
Many community organisations rely on funding grants to support one-off and ongoing development projects - this is the first in our series of simple decision-making resources focused on projects. We start with this example process that allows organisation leaders to evaluate and prioritise all proposed projects.
