Climate Action Toolbox

Created: April 23, 2021 at 3:41 PM | Updated: April 23, 2021 | By NZ Navigator Trust

Created by the Sustainable Business Network and business.govt.nz , this Climate Action Toolbox helps you take action to reduce carbon emissions from your organisation.  The toolbox includes guides and other resources to help you understand and plan.

Climate Action Toolkit

Using the toolbox you can:

  • learn where you can make the most impact
  • explore, shortlist and complete actions and
  • save your plan and return to it later.

There are five core areas explored in the toolbox:

  1. Moving people
  2. Moving goods
  3. Office operations
  4. Site operations and equipment
  5. Designing products.

You can explore the areas that are most relevant to your organisation. Looking at office operations in particular, all community organisations can reduce the impacts of their daily office life by using less energy, choosing supplies carefully, and managing waste well.
