Competencies for Managers of Volunteers

There is a clear need for further learning and professional development opportunities for managers of volunteers. 

The Volunteering NZ website has the following resources to help managers of volunteers identify and develop key competencies:

Volunteering New Zealand also have a new tool - Best Practice Guidelines | Te Anga Whaitake - that includes a leadership practice area.
